How do I place an order?

Browse items for sale, select your size and color, and press “Buy.” After proceeding to checkout, enter your contact information, payment options, and your items will soon be on their way to you.

Which payment options do you accept?

We accept several methods of payments. We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Paypal, etc.

Can I cancel my order?

No, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled.

How do I know if the items are real?

We work hard to ensure all items sold on Exclusive Shoes are 100% authentic and offer an Assurance of Authenticity. If we determine items you purchase are inauthentic or they are not as described, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

I’ve placed an order but have not received a confirmation email, what do I do?

Please email and we will confirm if your order was processed.

What is considered an antique item?

Any item above 5 years old is considered an antique collectible. Please note that these items may erode overtime. (For example: glue erosion, color change, etc.)

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping is based on your shipping address. This is split between US domestic and international costs.

When will I receive my order?

This depends on your shipping address. US Domestic is between 7-14 days, while international is between 10-21 days. While most orders are shipping on-time, due to COVID-19, your order may experience some shipping and fulfillment delays. We appreciate your patience.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Exclusive Shoes is unable to change a shipping address once the order has been placed.

I never received my order. What do I do?

Check your confirmation email for the tracking number to see where your order is currently located. If it was delivered but you still have not received your order, please contact us.

Can I return any purchased items?

If a product is purchased new and has not been used it can be traded for in-store credit. Any used or antique items are non-refundable.
